Who we are
This site is operated by Edit Labs LLC ("Edit Labs", "we", "us"), of 45 SW 9th Street, Miami, FL 33130. Questions about this policy or your data can go to thami.marchan@gmail.com or through our contact page.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Name, email address, shipping address and phone number, when you place an order
- Your email address and a password, if you create an account. Passwords are handled by Google Firebase Authentication and are never visible to us
- Payment details, which vary by method — see Payment information below
- Anything you write to us through the contact form or by email
- Your email address, if you subscribe to the newsletter
Information collected automatically
- IP address, browser type and device information
- Pages visited, time on site and the page that referred you
- Cookies and similar technologies — see Cookies and analytics below
Payment information
What we receive depends on the method you choose at checkout.
- Zelle, Venmo and cryptocurrency. We receive confirmation that a payment was sent and the reference you used. We do not receive your bank or wallet credentials.
- Card. The card details you enter are transmitted to our order team to take the payment for your order. They are not stored in our website database. If you would rather not send card details, the three methods above are available at checkout.
How we use your information
- To process and fulfil your order, and to answer questions about it
- To send order confirmations, dispatch notices and tracking
- To respond when you contact support
- To send marketing email, only if you asked for it — every message has an unsubscribe link
- To keep the site working, diagnose faults and prevent fraud
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the shop, and only with what they need:
- Google Firebase / Google Cloud — hosting, sign-in and the database holding your orders and account
- SendGrid (Twilio) — sends order confirmations, dispatch notices and support email
- GoHighLevel — our customer relationship system. When you create an account we send your name, email address and phone number, so we can keep a single record of your dealings with us and contact you about your orders
- Google Analytics 4 — site traffic measurement, and only after you accept analytics cookies
- Meta Pixel — advertising measurement, and only after you accept analytics cookies
- Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection on the sign-in and registration forms
- Shipping carriers — the name and address needed to deliver your parcel
- Law enforcement or regulators — where we are legally required to
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies keep your cart and your sign-in working, and cannot be switched off without breaking the site. Analytics and advertising cookies are off until you accept them in the banner. Declining leaves the shop fully functional; it only stops the measurement. You can change your mind at any time from the privacy request page or by clearing this site's cookies.
How long we keep it
Order records are retained for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and dispute purposes. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete the account. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Support correspondence is kept while it is useful for answering follow-up questions.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, accounts are protected by Google Firebase Authentication, and access to order data is restricted to administrator accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate
- Ask us to delete your personal information, subject to records we must keep by law
- Opt out of marketing email at any time
California residents have additional rights — see the CCPA page. To make any request, write to thami.marchan@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy. Changes are posted here with a new revision date, and material changes will be notified to account holders by email.
